• Bangladeshi citizens are not allowed to access any HoloForex services except participation in FREE contests.

• Each user is allowed one account only. HoloForex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found with multiple registrations or fraudulent activity.

3. Affiliate Program

• Affiliates receive rewards based on valid referrals.
• HoloForex reserves the right to revoke rewards, suspend, or terminate accounts for any suspicious or fraudulent activity, including multiple accounts or IP violations.
• All decisions regarding affiliates, rewards, and eligibility are final and binding.

4. Services and Responsibilities

• HoloForex provides trading guidance, market insights, and strategy planning.
• Users acknowledge that trading involves risk, and HoloForex is not liable for financial losses incurred by users.
• Users are responsible for understanding the risks and making informed decisions.

5. Payments and Withdrawals

• Coins earned from referrals or rewards can be redeemed according to HoloForex policies.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 to 72 business hours via Binance Pay or approved Crypto Wallets.
• HoloForex reserves the right to verify transactions and reject any withdrawal request deemed suspicious or non-compliant.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Use fraudulent methods to earn rewards or manipulate systems.
• Provide false information or mislead other users.
• Engage in any activity that violates laws or ethical standards.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, designs, and materials on HoloForex are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use HoloForex content without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• HoloForex is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses from trading, platform use, or third-party services.
• Users participate in trading and affiliate activities at their own risk.
